Required Information

RETax Funding's tax consultants will take your application over the phone in less than 15 minutes, or online, requiring only the following information which will remain confidential (Read our Privacy Policy).

Residential:

• Property's Physical Address
• Name of Property Owner(s)
• Social Security
• Mortgage Company Statement
• Monthly Expenses

There is NO application fee and NO out-of-pocket expense.

Commercial:

In addition to the information described above, commercial property owners will be asked to provide the following:

• If not an individual, business formation documents such as Articles of Incorporation, Partnership Agreement, etc.
• Physical Inspection (we will conduct)
• Financial Statement
• Survey and Updated Environmental Report may also be required
