May I prepay?
Yes. There are NO pre-payment penalties on residential homested properties. Commercial plans may incur reasonable charges if the plan is pre-paid within the first year.

When are my payments due?
Payments are generally due on the 1st or 15th of each month unless special arrangements are made in advance.

How do I make my monthly payments?
The ACH agreement authorizes RETax Funding to debit your checking account each month. If you choose to make payment by check or money order, a special handling fee of $10 per payment will be charged or you can pay online.

May I make additional payments?
You may make additional principal payments by sending us a check or money order to the address provided along with instructions in writing to do so.

Will my property be foreclosed if I am late or miss a payment?
Our goal is the same as our customers' - to provide a solution to your situation and avoid foreclosure. RETax Funding views foreclosure as the last possible measure.
